Vitality Bowls is seeking a proactive Restaurant Lead to manage daily operations, ensure accurate food preparation, and deliver timely service to customers. You will supervise shifts, delegate tasks, train staff, and uphold quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include handling deliveries, managing inventory, cash and POS procedures, and maintaining a clean front of house and kitchen. A positive attitude and strong teamwork are essential.
