We are seeking a talented, passionate Sous Chef to join the culinary team of a premier upscale Italian restaurant in Boulder, CO.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands-on culinary professional who thrives in a high-energy, fine-dining environment and has a passion for exceptional food, scratch cooking, and outstanding hospitality.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Sous Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
- Strong background in upscale Italian cuisine or fine dining
- Experience in high-volume, scratch kitchens
- Knowledge of fresh pasta, seasonal ingredients, and elevated culinary techniques
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a culinary team
- Strong understanding of food costs, inventory, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Passion for consistency, creativity, and exceptional food presentation
Compensation & Opportunity
