The Order Fulfillment Specialists is responsible for accurately picking and packaging customer orders, ensuring all packages and orders are 100% compliant with State of Colorado and City of Boulder regulations. This position works closely with the Inventory team, as well as Sales Ops and production.

• Accurately read, pick and pack each order from pick list
• Maintain organization of stored inventory, orders and fulfillment supplies
• Label, package, and attach documentation to shipping containers
• Ensure compliance with State and City regulations
• Maintain accuracy and an upbeat work environment
• Participate in quality/ accuracy review of all orders
• Assist the team with other tasks as assigned
• This position is expected to remain flexible to help support other departments when needed

• Maintain confident comprehension of compliance and regulations related to filling orders. Ensure compliance of MED Medical and Retail rules and City of Boulder regulations as they apply to shipping and delivery.
• Working hours will be spent in the lab and office
• Moderate physical activity such as walking and lifting is required daily (able to lift at least 30 pounds, able to stand for long periods of time, able to bend, push, pull, and reach)

• Possess physical dexterity necessary to work with small and delicate products
• Work efficiently and manage time effectively
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Possesses physical strength and stamina required to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time and lift 20lbs

• Possesses physical strength and stamina required to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
• 2+ years of experience in the cannabis industry
• High School graduate or equivalent education
• Comfort with numbers and simple math
• Must have and maintain valid MED badge
• Must have reliable form of transportation
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
