Part-Time Manager; Keyholder

• Provide exceptional guest engagement and product education
• Work closely with Store Manager, and other key holders to ensure smooth operations
• Train, delegate, and supervise staff to meet store goals
• Maintain and achieve sales goals by driving and applying retail metrics in real-time
• Adhere to loss prevention controls and guidelines

• Outgoing personality with strong guest engagement skills
• Experience with retail metrics or goals; ability to apply metrics to drive performance
• Strong leadership skills and capability to work as part of a management team
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• 2 years of customer service experience
