Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for various non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. These roles may involve direct customer or vendor interaction, such as directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status, handling cash management, or ensuring program compliance.
These positions play a critical role in maintaining high customer satisfaction. Candidates should work cooperatively with team members, vendors, carriers, and operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating attention to detail and time management skills. Integrity, operational responsiveness, and focus on store objectives are essential. Specific roles may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
