Hourly Rate: $16.57/hour – Part‑time

This role offers a positive shopping/donor experience, enhances customer service, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills, and contributes to the success of our program and its participants.

• Greet customers and donors warmly, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
• Stock priced items and prepare them for merchandising on the sales floor.
• Maintain the store and donation area, keeping it clean, neat, and organized; perform cleaning duties as assigned.
• Follow all POS/cash register policies in accordance with TSA policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards.
• Attend required monthly store meetings.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Perform quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
• Assist donors in removing all donated items from their vehicle and provide receipts.
• Separate and sort donated material into the appropriate containers and stack material as instructed.
• Perform other written and/or verbal duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must accurately handle POS/cash register operations and cash transactions.
• Must pass a background check, including criminal history and sex offender registry checks.
• Effective communication skills with management, coworkers, customers, and donors.

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Stores operate 7 days per week, from 9 am to 8 pm. Work schedules are determined by management, and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate store coverage. Part‑time associates may be scheduled for any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
