Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic beauty team. This full‑time position offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Starting pay: $21.00 per hour plus commission.

• Minimum 35 hours per week
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self‑performance metrics and help employees meet theirs
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues

• At least 18 years of age
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively motivate others
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Other duties as assigned
