Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy BMW Genius to join our premier customer experience team. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional product knowledge with genuine passion for helping customers discover and maximize their BMW ownership experience. This role is perfect for innovative educators who excel at consultative engagement, simplifying complex technology, and consistently exceeding customer satisfaction goals in a luxury automotive environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive product presentations throughout the sales and aftersales experience, from vehicle configuration through delivery and ongoing ownership support
- Provide extensive, customer-oriented product education tailored to each client's actual needs and lifestyle
- Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction objectives through exceptional service and follow-up
- Support Client Advisors with product-related tasks and technical expertise throughout the sales process
- Greet customers in sales and service departments, introducing them to BMW Genius services and capabilities
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations and detailed delivery experiences that exceed customer expectations
- Explain complex vehicle features, technology, and benefits in clear, engaging, and accessible ways
- Utilize BMW apps, tablets, and web-based systems to create seamless, modern customer experiences
- Maintain constant communication with sales personnel regarding scheduled appointments, deliveries, and any changes
- Acquire and maintain total product knowledge on all BMW vehicles, features, accessories, and competitive comparisons
- Follow up with new owners to ensure satisfaction with their delivery process and address questions about vehicle features
- Keep clients, sales, and service staff informed about new products, features, accessories, and their benefits
- Represent the BMW brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity in every customer interaction
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional customer service skills with track record of delivering satisfaction
- Strong communication abilities across all formats (verbal, written, digital)
- Confidence and proficiency using tablets, apps, digital tools, and social media platforms
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, Saturdays, and holidays
- Professional appearance befitting a luxury brand
- 1+ years in upscale retail, hospitality, or customer‑centric environments
- Background in technical customer support or consumer electronics
- Experience creating educational or consultative customer experiences
- Highly motivated team player with genuine passion for the BMW brand and automotive technology
