Compensation
Base annual salary: $60,000 - $65,000 with a competitive performance-based bonus package.

LocationThe role will be based out of our Boulder, CO office.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target verticals and geographies (corporate, education, healthcare, etc.).
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, commercial real estate, project managers, and decision‑makers.
- Generate qualified leads and set meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop outreach campaigns and attend industry events.
- Track and report on pipeline activity, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Leadership to align strategies and hand off qualified opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences, and travel approximately 25–40% of the time (regional conferences, client visits, showroom tours, national events such as Neo Con and EDspaces).
- Collaborate closely with sales and design teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client engagement.
- Currently based in Colorado (relocation not available).
- 3+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in contract furniture, architecture & design, commercial construction, or related industries.
- Strong network within the Colorado A&D, Construction, and Commercial Real Estate community is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑starter with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Proof of a successful business development track record including meeting performance metrics.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
