Sales Representative, Business Development
Compensation: Annual Salary of $55-65K plus Commissions

This full-time position will be focused on developing and supporting business in the Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Wyoming markets in the Commercial, Healthcare, and State/Local segments. The role offers a competitive compensation package comprised of a base salary draw of $55,000–$65,000 with an uncapped commission plan and performance-based bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, paid time off, 401(k) match, and professional development support.
Responsibilities:New Business Development & Quota Achievement
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and meet sales goals.
- Expand market share and stay alert to competitive activity.
- Build a qualified pipeline in collaboration with marketing and business development.
- Conduct needs analysis and design tailored solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle: design, quoting, pricing, presentations, samples, and order placement.
- Present product benefits and engage decision-makers to drive consensus.
- Oversee project profitability and coordinate with internal teams.
- Attend key meetings to manage timelines and communicate updates.
- Support punch list walk-throughs and resolve service issues.
- Own the customer relationship before, during, and after the sale.
- Ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain regular follow-up and introduce new products/services.
- Currently residing in the Fort Collins/Greeley/Northern CO area (relocation not available).
- 5 or more years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Prior experience with commercial furniture, architecture & design, construction, or related markets is strongly preferred, with direct experience in the Ft. Collins metro area supporting Commercial, Healthcare, or State/Local government clients.
- Proof of successful sales track record including meeting performance metrics and sales goals.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- An obsessive level of attention to detail and customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables at any given time.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
- Ability to draft professional emails and presentations.
- Base knowledge of contract furniture and architectural solutions is ideal, but not required.
- Knowledge of CORE and Project SPEC is ideal.
- Full‑time salary with commissions.
