- Collects, analyzes, evaluates, and reports data in order to increase sales productivity.
- Collects sales records and trends and evaluates performance measured against sales quotas.
- Provide support for field sales compensation including running Cognos system queries, validating data reports, researching and resolving sales inquiries, tracking adjustments, completing special projects, and other compensation related activities.
- Implement Varicent compensation system and other systems for administering commissions.
- Must be accurate, detailed, organized and a quick learner.
- Excellent Excel skills and system skills required.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in field of specialty.
