Senior Account Executive

Plenty of people can run a campaign;
Startup Advantage wants a Senior Account Executive who can run the whole revenue engine. Net it out: contract, $108,000 - $150,000, 7 years, ownership of the sales marketing outcome, and a Startup Advantage team that has your back.

• Qualify inbound leads and route them through the sales funnel efficiently
• Field objections on price the way a senior pro does it
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
• Track pipeline performance and report results to leadership each week
• Represent Startup Advantage at trade shows, conferences, and local networking events

• Senior fluency in Enterprise Sales, with MEDDIC on your roadmap
• 5+ years owning outcomes, not just completing tasks
• A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
• Enough Churn Reduction to be dangerous, enough Enterprise Sales to be trusted
• An eye for the candor-rich detail that separates fine from finished

Think of Startup Advantage as the spirited-and-grounded engine behind some of the most trusted sales marketing products on the market. Trust is the default setting at Startup Advantage; you have to actively spend it to lose it.

The compensation here starts at $108,000 - $150,000, paired with unlimited PTO and a manager committed to your professional growth.
