• Service Technicians work independently to perform comprehensive maintenance and service on a diverse range of commercial air-conditioning equipment, including unitary products up to 50-ton package units, boilers, heat exchangers, control valves, and chillers (including retrofitting).

• Holds required certifications, including EPA certification, and typically brings over 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair. This position is skilled and qualified to maintain and service commercial-grade HVAC equipment effectively.

• Possesses required certifications, including EPA certification, and more than 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair. This role is highly qualified and proficient in maintaining and servicing commercial-grade HVAC equipment. The successful Service Technician III works independently, executing full maintenance and service on a wide variety of commercial air-conditioning equipment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and punctual.
• Ability to multitask with excellent follow-up skills, both internally and externally.
• Professional in appearance and communication.
• Experience with government facilities is a plus.
• Capable of working independently, responsibly responding to dispatched service calls in a company vehicle.
