• Architect and implement distributed systems for large‑scale data processing and analytics
• Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines and data workflows
• Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies in big data and data engineering
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security in mission‑critical environments

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a principal or staff‑level role or 4+ years experience on 100K+ MPS data acquisition/processing systems.
• Expertise in Golang (Other languages considered with desire to shift to Golang)
• Experience with distributed systems (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka)
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
