QSC is looking for an experienced embedded software engineer to join a small, tight‑knit project team. You will develop software for Q‑Sys networked audio products used in live sound, cinema, and office AV markets.

$93,000.00 – $ per year.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to develop world‑class Q‑Sys networked audio products.
• Develop the software that powers the Q‑Sys networked audio amplifiers and endpoints as part of a fully remote software team.
• Work with hardware engineers to design and implement robust, maintainable embedded systems for future products.
• Partner with Software Quality Assurance to develop test strategies and deliver bug‑free features for regular releases.
• Learn and grow your skill set with a team of engineers that share knowledge on embedded audio systems.

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited university (or equivalent career experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a software or firmware engineer.
• Strong coding skills in C and/or C++.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a deep technology stack, writing software for MCU, DSP, embedded Linux, and Windows platforms.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative and creative environment.

• Software development experience for custom hardware products.
