This position is responsible for delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat‑bed trucks. Drivers ensure deliveries are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct customer. Drivers are accountable for customer satisfaction and for transporting items in a safe, timely manner.

• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner
• Load customer orders properly on the truck
• Ensure appropriate forms are completed
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from customers
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Perform other tasks in the store, including warehouse duties, tinting, and mixing customer orders and waiting on customers

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Must have a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) from a DOT‑licensed medical examiner or be willing to obtain one within five business days of a conditional offer
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public and understand traffic signs

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience as a delivery driver
• At least one year of experience using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Previous experience selling paint and paint‑related products
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish or another language
