Operations Representative

Responsibilities

Onsite: 220 West Union Avenue;
Bound Brook, NJ 08805

Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Thursdays 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Fridays 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

• At least one year experience working in branch or operations banking in a US bank.
• Familiarity with US banking consumer products and regulations preferred.
• Familiarity with Fiserv-Cleartouch software preferred.
• Daily completion of the Zelle proof.
• Track the receipt of Customer Information Program (CIP) documents verifying accuracy and completeness of the documents before submitting them to the BSA Analyst for approval.
• Preparation and distribution of monthly reports including:
  Teller Difference Report and Regulation D Report.
• Research and process of returned / undeliverable mail in accordance with Bank procedure, as well as change of address requests.
• Manager and monitor all Account Activation forms received from branch staff.
• Review Daily New Dormant Account Reports and send letters to customers.
• Activate dormant accounts, if needed.
• Review newly activated accounts reports and new account CIP verification report.

Provide support for:

• Online Banking, Bill Payment, Mobile Bank, Telephone Banking and Zelle.
• ACH:
  Daily proof, adjustment and compliance for ACH activity
• DDA:
  Daily proof, adjustment and compliance for DDA activity
• IRA: contributions, distributions, annual mailings and RMD processing
• Front desk reception coverage: on a rotating schedule or as needed
