• Serveasthecompany'scontactwithDC
  21andotherIUPATdistrictcouncils,andkeepNWFingoodstandingwithDC
  21anditsfunds
• OutsideDC
  21,sendIUPATjobnotices,staffcrewstonational-agreement local-hire ratios,andfileweeklyemployeelists
• Classifyeachjobasstandard,prevailingwageorPLAbeforepricing,andconfirmcrewsholdrequiredcertifications
• Applycontractpayrules(shifts,height rate,driving time,perdiem,show-uppay) andgetaccuratehourstopayrollsomonthlyremittancesandduesarefiledbythe
  30th.

• ScheduleinstallationsinSIPS,balancingcustomerdates,crewskillsandavailability,siteaccessandmaterials
• Managefilminventoryatthe Bound Brook warehouse ,andorderontimefromsuppliers
• Withthecontractsandinsuranceteam,preparepre-job paperwork(safety plans,certificatesofinsurance,stateandpublicworksregistrations),thencloseoutjobsandwarrantyregistrations

• Buildacultureofresponsive,friendlyservicethatmakesNWFeasytoworkwith
• Answercustomercallsandemailspromptlyandprofessionally
• Keepjobrecordscurrentfromleadthroughcompletion

• GiveNWFsaleslabor-hour estimates,wageclassificationsandschedulinginputforbids
• Price labor-onlyworkforaffiliatedcompaniesusingtheintercompanypricingpolicy
• Coordinatewithaffiliatedofficesonsharedlaborandscheduling

• OwnNWF'soperatingresultsbymanagingjobprofitabilityandcontrollablecosts
• Giveaccountingtimelyjobprogressandcompletiondataforbilling,includingprogressbilling
• Managecompanyvehicles(maintenance,mileage,replacement planning) andkeepmonthlyinventorycountsaccurate

• 3+yearsmanagingfieldcrewsforaconstructiontradecontractor,witharecordofhiring,leadingandholdingcrewsaccountable.

PAYRANGE:$70,000–$75,000/yr+20% bonus(OTE:$90,000+/yr)
