The Shift Leader oversees all restaurant activities during their shift, ensuring smooth store operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to company standards. They interact with guests, supervise staff, handle cash management, and maintain cleanliness and safety.

• Supports the success of the business hands‑on as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with restaurant management or fast‑food restaurant experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make others happy and serve one another.
• Strong communication skills in English;
  Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Self‑motivated and action‑oriented.
• Willing to admit mistakes, take accountability, and fix issues.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts; dependable and reliable.
• Reliable transportation to work and company events/meetings.
• Availability to work a variety of days/times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift, move, carry, and stack up to 50 lbs; stand for long periods; bend and reach overhead. Frequent exposure to fluctuating temperatures; common hazards include slipping, tripping, burns, cuts, and falls.

Location:

607 W Union Ave, Bound Brook, NJ (as per current posting).
Pay: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour (full‑time or part‑time).
