Test Administrator – Salt Lake City & Bountiful, UT (Seasonal)
In this part‑time role, you will provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment.

Pay starts at $17.75 per hour and the position is temporary through August 2026.
Responsibilities- Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment.
- Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
- Proctor and invigilate candidates while testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
- Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate.
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate is available to work a variety of shifts any day—Monday through Saturday—between 7:30 am and 8 pm, about 2–3 Saturdays per month, with Sunday shifts infrequent but possible. The position is 10 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
- Must be flexible in work hours and days.
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
- Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices, and see details from a distance.
