Customer Service Representative

Position Details

Type: Both part-time (minimum 25 hrs/wk) and full-time positions available with the potential to work remotely after 2-4 months of in-office training.

Employment Status: W-2 employee (no benefits).

Compensation: Starting at $16/hour, with increases based on training and experience.

• Process online claims for home medical supply requests.
• Ensure effective communication with established patients and insurance agencies.
• Manage the purchasing and shipping of approved items.

• Reliability and a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage your own schedule.
• Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Excel, data entry, customer service, order processing, or medical coding is a plus, but we can train.
• Strong typing skills, grammar, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-information environment.
