• Provide a great patient experience through excellent customer service and salesmanship.
• Conduct patient follow‑ups and efficiently schedule appointments with the doctor.
• Present and assist patients in accepting treatment plans.
• Use knowledge of insurance plans to ensure patients maximize their benefits.
• Minimize patient balances by accurately setting expectations and optimizing insurance utilization.
