Sol recognizes the unique relationship between substance use and domestic abuse. Identifying and treating interpersonal trauma is a frequently overlooked factor when addressing substance use. Our staff is trained to assess and treat these co‑occurring dynamics in a client‑centered environment that is sensitive to individual needs.

We are currently seeking multiple therapists/clinicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health, possess strong clinical skills, and be committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. We welcome applicants who are working toward full licensure and are able to offer exceptional clinical supervision in a supportive team environment.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and ASAM assessments to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans for clients.
• Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in case staffing and contribute to treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date clinical records in accordance with organisational policies.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention services as required.
• Stay informed about current best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.

• Master's degree in a mental health related field from an accredited programme.
• Current and unrestricted licensure in the state of Utah.
• Experience working in outpatient community‑based mental health, addiction treatment, and/or domestic violence settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• MRT Certified and DV Certified a plus but not required.
