Responsibilities- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Companionship and emotional support
- Mobility assistance and transferring
- Reporting changes in client condition to supervisors
- Promoting client independence and dignity in their own homes
