Our client, a trusted name in the supply of high-quality, science-backed ingredients, is seeking a Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist to support their vastly growing operations. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a tangible impact on the supply chain process.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging.
• Partner with vendors to source products, negotiate pricing, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, logistics, and quality) to meet customer and business requirements.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers to enhance cost savings, quality, and sustainability.
• Track market trends and provide insights to support sourcing strategies.

What You Should Bring

• 2–5 years of purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience (nutraceuticals, food, beverage, or related industry preferred).
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor relationship management experience.
• Solid analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness and commitment to work on-site in Bountiful, UT — 5 days per week.
