Position: Store Manger in Training Full Time
Palm Beach Tan - :  [Store Supervisor] As a Store Manager in Training at Palm Beach Tan, you'll:
Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees;
Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff;
Manage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept, and customer ready;
Establish rapport with customers building loyalty and long-term relationships;
Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner;
Analyze daily sales and expense information.
