In Utah, AMBA is the exclusive endorsed provider for the Utah Retired School Employees Association, giving direct access to their members and communities.
Responsibilities- Meet virtually or in person with association members to understand their needs and recommend supplemental insurance solutions.
- Educate clients through one-on-one consultations, webinars, and group presentations.
- Use a consultative sales approach to help retirees protect their health, income, and legacy — including options like Fixed Indexed Annuities for long-term retirement planning.
- Stay engaged with ongoing training, mentorship, and business planning to continuously improve performance.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and follow-through
- A Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain — guidance provided)
- A desire to grow income and independence with a performance-driven model
- Performance-based commissions with advanced payouts and lifetime vesting
- No income cap — average first-year earnings of $70K–$90K, with top agents earning $100K+
