• Deliver clinical protocols to ensure all patients receive accurate diagnoses and appropriate recommendations.
• Exhibit executional excellence and achieve key performance indicators through collaboration with Marketing, Community, and Store teams.
• Place patients and customers first, providing outstanding service and clear communication through service process steps.
• Use all available technology to enhance patient experience.
• Maintain office systems and ensure compliance with state licensure, continuing education, and safety regulations.
• Train and support associate staff, delivering clear feedback and fostering a positive culture.
• Lead by example, encouraging decision making at the patient level and maximizing partnerships through leadership.

• Doctor of Optometry.
