Description

Under the direction of the Branch and/or Production Manager, markets and promotes Prime Lending products and services to clients, including realtors, builders, bank officers, and past clients. Performs office or non-manual work related to the management or general business operations of Prime Lending and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Prime Lending’s and other loan products to determine the best financial solutions for customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and sales representatives; visit subdivisions as needed.
• Market and promote Prime Lending’s financial products.
• Meet company production standards by accurately completing loan applications using Prime Lending’s product set.
• Manage customer interactions from application to closing, including counseling and pre-qualification of home buyers.
• Analyze customer income, assets, debts, and investments.
• Advise customers on different loan options, including their advantages and disadvantages.
• Service existing customers, gather necessary documents, fees, and lock-in information.
• Monitor loan status, ensure compliance with terms, and communicate updates to all parties.
• Present loan terms and conditions to customers.
• Stay informed on real estate market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to company policies.
• Potentially supervise other loan staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; appropriate state licenses.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• At least 12 months of loan originator experience.
• Effective communication and judgment skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and utilize loan software.
• Active community involvement and professional networking.
• Continuous industry knowledge expansion.
