Bickford Senior Living provides a pay range of $15.50/hr – $18.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Overnight shifts are available.

• Full‑time (30+ hrs/week) – medical, dental, vision, voluntary products; benefits start the month after 30 days; prescription savings, 401(k) with match, daily pay, PTO.
• Part‑time (≤29 hrs/week) – voluntary life, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, accident, critical illness, identity protection, cyber monitoring; same benefits start date; prescription savings, 401(k) match, daily pay, PTO.
• PRN – 401(k) match, daily pay, PTO.

• Know the residents you serve and provide care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Communicate appropriately with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Show knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.

• High School Diploma or GED; or one‑year related experience.
• Willing to successfully complete the Certified Nurse Aide course within six months of hire.
• Willing to take additional training or education, as required by state legislation.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain them.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Demonstrated judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
