Responsibilities- Support the Church’s Manager in the overall operation of the franchise.
- Ensure compliance with Church’s requirements and all health and food‑safety guidelines.
- Direct oversight of employees, scheduling, inventory ordering, and inventory management.
- Maintain store cleanliness.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of food‑safety and health regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.
