Wellness Nurse

Pay and Sign‑On

Pay range: $31.50/hr - $34.00/hr (based on experience and skill level). $2,500 Sign On Bonus!

• Full‑time (30+ hrs/week): medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products; 401(k) with employer match; daily pay; PTO; prescription savings plan; benefits start 1st of month after 30 days.
• Part‑time (≤29 hrs/week): voluntary life, temporary and long‑term disability, accident, critical illness, identity protection, cyber monitoring; 401(k) match; daily pay; PTO; benefits start 1st of month after 30 days; prescription savings plan.
• PRN: 401(k) match; daily pay; PTO.

• Accurately follow the resident MAR to ensure medications are administered according to physician orders.
• Use and follow the “Six rights of medication administration” and all Bickford policies and procedures regarding medication management.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification and direction on resident medication and care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non‑licensed team members and other staff as appropriate.
• Demonstrate the Bickford Mission “Whatever it Takes” to all team members on shift.

• Active LPN or Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Willingness to pursue additional training or education required by state regulations.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management competence.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to use or learn Bickford’s eMAR system.
