TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer - Sales Associate

We also support local communities through the TCC Gives program, offering 16 paid volunteer hours per year, grant requests up to $10,000 per quarter, and participation in quarterly initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive).

Benefits- Average Salary: $55–65,000 per year

- Serve as a passionate customer advocate, assisting, advising, and educating customers on wireless products and services.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction with a focus on value for all customers.
- Conduct customer calls to answer inquiries about products and services.
- Maintain excellent communication skills and stay connected through company resources.
- Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing duties.
- Meet retail sales milestone goals and balance customer experience with performance objectives.
- Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
- Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and other initiatives.
- Maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, and contribute equally to the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation; position requires work at multiple locations.
- Frequent standing, ability to stand, sit, walk, bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
- Travel approximately 10% based on business needs.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
