ResponsibilitiesThe Head of Housekeeping leads a team of housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the care home. This includes ensuring that all rooms, communal areas, and living spaces are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional results. The Head of Housekeeping will also work closely with other departments, such as nursing and care staff, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to delivering high-quality care.

QualificationsEssential
