About The Role

This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, and share great moments and memories. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.

Every day varies – you'll support residents with food and drink, follow care plans, and ensure one‑to‑one time. It’s an opportunity to use your skills meaningfully and develop your career.
