REED Accountancy are recruiting a TEMP to PERM candidate for an exciting opportunity joining a Purchase Ledger Team within a Facility Management Company, with excellent benefits available

Purchase Ledger Administrator

Starting salary £25,000 PA , which will increase to £26,250 PA once on a permanent basis.

8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, 1 hrs lunch break, working from the office.

1 in 10 Saturdays, 9am - 12pm (paid additional hrs).

Duties:

• Processing of Supplier invoices, reconciling Supplier statements and highlighting service discrepancies to the Administration Manager within timescales.
• Responsible for processing Supplier invoices received into the office via post or email (Clearing). Checking these invoices against the expected service recorded on the database and marking any invoices that have discrepancies so that Purchase Ledger Query can notify the supplier of any errors.

• Assist Customer Services when required to help maintain the levels of customer service expectation of the customers.
