- Supporting the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance assignments from planning through to completion, gaining exposure to a varied client portfolio
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their businesses, identifying risks, and assisting with effective audit planning
- Managing multiple audit assignments while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met
- Assisting with the review and development of junior team members while continuing your own professional growth within a supportive environment
- Providing a proactive and client-focused service that adds real value and helps strengthen long-term client relationships
- ACA or ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or finalist with previous experience within an accountancy practice environment
- Knowledge of UK GAAP and exposure to IFRS would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence when working directly with clients
