About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-paced creative agency.

This is a hands‑on, varied role combining personal assistant duties with office management responsibilities. The role offers flexible working hours, with some weekend work required depending on shoot schedules.

What You’ll Be Doing PA & Founder Support
  • Manage the Founder’s diary, meetings, and priorities
  • Handle emails, messages, and follow‑ups on behalf of the Founder
  • Prepare notes, documents, and briefings ahead of meetings
  • Support with personal admin and ad‑hoc tasks as required
  • Manage personal errands and appointments
  • Assisting with personal and professional projects (office, business, home)
  • Researching information and preparing summaries and recommendations
  • Coordinating tasks, suppliers, and deadlines
Project Support
  • Support the planning of agency projects
  • Help coordinate logistics such as schedules, locations, equipment, and talent
  • Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables across projects
Agency & Operations Support
  • Provide general admin support across the agency when needed
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and freelancers
  • Help organise internal processes, documents, and shared resources
  • Support with invoicing, expenses, and basic reporting
Coordination & Communication
  • Keep projects moving by chasing actions and keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Ensure clear communication and smooth handovers
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a PA, production assistant, or admin support role
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using tools such as Google Workspace, calendars, and task management tools
  • Discreet, reliable, and comfortable working closely with a Founder
  • Must love animals/comfortable around them
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a creative, media, or agency environment
  • Full UK driving licence
Working Pattern

  • Some evening and weekend work required depending on projects
