About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-paced creative agency.
This is a hands‑on, varied role combining personal assistant duties with office management responsibilities. The role offers flexible working hours, with some weekend work required depending on shoot schedules.
What You’ll Be Doing PA & Founder Support- Manage the Founder’s diary, meetings, and priorities
- Handle emails, messages, and follow‑ups on behalf of the Founder
- Prepare notes, documents, and briefings ahead of meetings
- Support with personal admin and ad‑hoc tasks as required
- Manage personal errands and appointments
- Assisting with personal and professional projects (office, business, home)
- Researching information and preparing summaries and recommendations
- Coordinating tasks, suppliers, and deadlines
- Support the planning of agency projects
- Help coordinate logistics such as schedules, locations, equipment, and talent
- Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables across projects
- Provide general admin support across the agency when needed
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and freelancers
- Help organise internal processes, documents, and shared resources
- Support with invoicing, expenses, and basic reporting
- Keep projects moving by chasing actions and keeping stakeholders aligned
- Ensure clear communication and smooth handovers
- Experience in a PA, production assistant, or admin support role
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using tools such as Google Workspace, calendars, and task management tools
- Discreet, reliable, and comfortable working closely with a Founder
- Must love animals/comfortable around them
- Experience in a creative, media, or agency environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible hours
- Some evening and weekend work required depending on projects
