We have an exciting opportunity for a ward clerk in Critical Care. We’re looking for an organised and highly motivated individual who can work autonomously as well as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. You’ll be able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate excellent typing/IT skills and communicate effectively.

The main focus of this role is to welcome patients and visitors at the reception area of the unit, answering appropriate questions and providing any relevant information in a sensitive manner, referring to qualified members of the team as necessary, undertake clerical and administrative duties on behalf of the ward and liaise with individual team members and other departments as required, in a manner that will contribute to the effective and efficient running of the Critical Care Unit.

Base location: UHD
- Royal Bournemouth Hospital
