Inventory Clerk

Your new company
A well-established organisation is seeking two Inventory Clerks to support a short-term project across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys organised, methodical work and is available to start immediately.

Your new role
As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for carrying out detailed asset and inventory checks across four sites. You will visit rooms and work spaces, recording items and updating records to ensure accurate information is maintained.
Key responsibilities will include:

Registering and recording furniture, equipment and other assets
Identifying which items are to remain, be removed or replaced
Logging missing items and discrepancies
Updating inventory records accurately and efficiently
Working across multiple locations as part of a structured audit project
Ensuring all information is recorded clearly and consistently

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in inventory checking, stock control, administration or data collection would be beneficial
Excellent attention to detail
Good organisational and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
Comfortable working across multiple sites
Basic IT skills and experience updating records or databases

What you'll get in return

£16.40 per hour umbrella
Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm
Immediate start available
Assignment running until mid-September
Valuable experience working on a large-scale inventory project
