Salary: £25,000–£30,000pa

Monday–Friday, Full Time
Our growing and well-established property services client is looking for a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join their friendly team.
You’ll provide day-to-day admin support, coordinate appointments and contractor schedules, handle customer enquiries and keep records up to date.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive and organised, with good communication skills and a positive attitude. Previous admin or customer service experience is preferred, but property experience isn’t essential, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Provide general administrative support to the office and wider team
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
Assist with booking appointments and coordinating site visits
Help maintain contractor diaries and schedules
Liaise with customers, contractors and suppliers as required
Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
Assist with preparing correspondence, documents and reports
Monitor outstanding jobs and follow up on actions where required
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders and general financial administration
Support the team with day-to-day office tasks
Help ensure customer information and job records are kept up to date
Provide general support to the management and wider team
What we're looking for from the Administrative Assistant:
Previous administration, customer service or office-based experience
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
A positive and proactive approach to work
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word
Confident learning new systems and processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Reliable, professional and keen to learn
Previous experience within property services, construction, maintenance or a similar environment would be desirable but is not essential
