Position: Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic - Classic/Modern Vehicle - Luxury Brand

Automotive Technician – £40,000 – £45,000 | Premium Brand | Monday–Friday

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year (dependant on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 – 17:00

Are you an experienced Automotive Technician with a passion for both classic and modern vehicles? Do you enjoy using your diagnostic skills and technical ability to solve complex electrical and mechanical issues? If so, we want to hear from you.

We’re recruiting a skilled and motivated Technician for a family-run, specialist automotive workshop known for quality workmanship, personalised service and technical excellence across a wide range of vehicles. You’ll join a team where expertise is respected and craftsmanship is encouraged.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this varied and hands‑on role you will be responsible for:

  • Electrical diagnosis and fault‑finding
  • Mechanical repairs including engine work
  • Cambelts, clutches and gearbox repairs
  • Suspensions, brakes and general servicing
  • Preparing vehicles to high workmanship standards
  • Supporting the workshop team in day‑to‑day operations

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied skillset
, from detailed diagnostics to hands‑on mechanical work.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven automotive experience
    , especially with diagnostics
  • Experience working on classic and modern cars
  • Confident with electrical diagnosis and mechanical repairs
  • Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Full UK driving licence

Training will be provided in‑house
, and there is genuine opportunity to grow your skills and progress in the business.
