We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable dealership in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Salary of approximately £35,000, with potential to earn up to £41,000 OTE depending on experience

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

Servicing and repairing a variety of vehicles to industry standards
Maintaining accurate service and repair records to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Assisting with general maintenance and vehicle repair tasks as required
Supporting workshop colleagues to uphold productivity, efficiency, and quality
Adhering to health and safety regulations and dealership policies

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a commercial or dealership environment
Relevant Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Repair or equivalent
MOT Tester certification is desirable but not essential
Valid UK driving licence
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within a team
Reliable employment history demonstrating a consistent work ethic
