The purpose of this role is to lead on Supply Chain Governance for the Procurement & Supplier Management Function.

You will help support procurement, supplier management and business owners in ensuring governance frameworks and processes are in place for Allianz UK to meet relevant Regulatory requirements and Allianz Group Functional Rules, Standards and Policies.

Location

This is a Hybrid role - multi site working is available, specific location for this role can be discussed at interview.

Salary Information

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

Circa – £40,000.

About You
  • Support Procurement and Supplier Management, providing quality assurance and governance to ensure compliance
  • Passionate about governance and able to inspire engagement in our governance, oversight and enablement transformation
  • Support Outsourcing notification to regulatory supervisory authority in accordance with the stipulated timelines set by the regulation
  • Maintain an accurate third‑party inventory with relevant regulatory detail
  • Support compliance checks of procurement processes
  • Review and update governance documents and templates
  • Curiosity and a willingness to explore new ideas
  • Develop knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Develop knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices
