The Opportunity
As our Growth & Partnerships Lead
, youâll be the engine behind Vet Successâ expansion in the UK. Youâll bring energy, strategic thinking, and a passion for helping veterinary teams succeed â while playing a pivotal role in shaping our market presence & an influential role in our senior leadership team (SLT).
Youâll work closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams (with one day per month in our Bournemouth office
) and become a trusted partner to both new and established veterinary practices across the country.

What Youâll Lead
Drive expansion by securing new subscriptions with practices who havenât yet experienced Vet Success. Play a critical role in increasing our UK market share through informed, relationshipâled selling.
Grow subscription volumes within existing practices & build new relationships with independent practices up & down the country.
đŸ Healthcare Plan Launch Support
Guide practices launching healthcare plans for the first time. Act as an expert advisor on structure, strategy, and implementation.
đ Seamless Onboarding
Partner with Customer Success to ensure every new client experiences a smooth, supportive onboarding journey.
Stay close to client needs, resolve challenges early, and implement solutions that build loyalty. Lead data-driven retention initiatives to minimise churn and maximise lifetime value.
Identify, nurture, and grow partnerships that elevate the Vet Success brand and expand our influence across the veterinary sector.
Act as a connector and motivator across teams â ensuring Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success are aligned on shared goals.
Represent Vet Success at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events. Build lasting relationships and identify new pathways for growth.

What You Bring
Skills & Experience
A proven track record in business development, sales, or growth leadership
Experience working in or closely with the veterinary or healthcare sector
Strong commercial instincts and a data-driven mindset
Ability to build rapport and influence a wide range of stakeholders
Solid understanding of marketing strategy and customer lifecycle management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Willingness to travel across the UK and attend key industry events
