Event Manager / Planner, Business Administration, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Not every agency has someone dedicated to making it an incredible place to work. This one does.
We're working with a growing B2B creative agency that's looking for an Agency Experience Manager to become the heartbeat of the business – someone who loves bringing people together, creating memorable experiences and ensuring both employees and clients feel genuinely valued.
This is a role with real variety. Part culture champion, part host, part operations lead and part right-hand support to leadership, you'll be the person who keeps things running smoothly whilst helping shape an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
If you're someone who spots opportunities, anticipates needs and gets a buzz from making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
No two days will look exactly the same, but you'll spend your time across four key areas.
Culture & Employee Experience
You'll play a big part in creating an engaging and connected agency culture by:
- Planning and delivering team socials, celebrations and agency events
- Supporting onboarding, wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Helping to create experiences that make people feel welcomed, supported and valued
- Bringing fresh ideas that contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment
Client Experience
You'll work closely with the Client Services team to ensure clients receive an experience that's every bit as impressive as the creative work itself.
This might include:
- Coordinating workshops, meetings and client visits
- Organising hospitality, travel arrangements and special events
- Anticipating needs and identifying ways to continually elevate the client experience
- Creating thoughtful moments that leave a lasting impression
Agency Operations
You'll help keep the agency ticking behind the scenes, including:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office
- Coordinating suppliers, facilities and workplace improvements
- Working with external IT partners and service providers
- Supporting health and safety, purchasing and general administration
Leadership Support
You'll also provide support to the Managing Directors, helping them stay organised and focused by assisting with key activities and occasional personal tasks.
About You
This role would suit someone who's naturally proactive, highly organised and genuinely enjoys helping others.
You'll probably be someone who:
- Thinks ahead and takes ownership without waiting to be asked
- Loves organising, improving processes and making things happen
- Brings positive energy and builds strong relationships across teams
- Has a hospitality mindset and enjoys creating memorable experiences
- Pays attention to the details and takes pride in delivering high standards
- Sees solutions rather than problems
- Feels comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What we're looking for
Ideally, you'll come from an agency, events, hospitality, customer experience or similarly people-focused environment and have experience in:
- Planning events, experiences or engagement initiatives
- Managing competing priorities and staying organised
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Working independently and using your initiative
- Coordinating suppliers or external partners
Bonus points if you've got experience in employee engagement, onboarding, health and safety or an interest in emerging technology and AI.
The Details
- Full-time, office-based role in Bournemouth (five days per week)
- Flexibility to support occasional early starts, evening events and agency activities
- Salary of £37,000–£40,000 depending on experience
- Reporting directly to the Managing Directors
- Working closely with Client Services and the wider agency team
This isn't a traditional Office Manager position. It's an opportunity to shape culture, create brilliant experiences and become a key part of a growing creative business where people genuinely matter.
