Programme Manager - Continuous Improvement

mobilising its Continuous Improvement and Innovation Programme (CIIP) a corporate programme designed to move beyond short-term savings and create sustainable, joined‑up improvement across the organisation. CIIP will build a clear pipeline of improvement opportunities, prioritise invest‑to‑save activity, deliver sustainable efficiencies and improve services for residents.

We are looking for experienced Programme Managers or Programme Leads who have successfully delivered transformation, continuous improvement, innovation, efficiency or invest‑to‑save programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape one of the Council's most important corporate programmes and drive meaningful change across services.

As part of the CIIP team, you will play a key role in establishing the programme from the outset shaping its governance, delivery approach, pipeline of opportunities and benefits framework. Working with senior leaders, you will identify opportunities, develop business cases and deliver sustainable improvements, bringing pace, structure and delivery expertise to help services move from ideas to tangible outcomes and realised benefits.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex programmes, influence senior stakeholders and delivering measurable organisational change. Experience of continuous improvement, service redesign, efficiency programmes, transformation or innovation activity will be highly valued.
