Continuous Improvement Officer needed in Bournemouth

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving meaningful, evidence‑based improvement by helping services understand performance challenges, map processes, analyse data and translate insight into clear, practical action. They will support teams to complete robust current‑state assessments, define future‑state ways of working and identify the steps needed to deliver sustainable change.

They will contribute to early programme discovery, gathering and interpreting evidence, engaging stakeholders and shaping a strong pipeline of improvement opportunities. Through this work, they will help develop deliverable invest‑to‑save proposals and well‑reasoned business cases, enabling services to move from issues and ideas to actionable solutions, better ways of working and measurable benefits for residents, businesses and communities.
