Partnerships play a vital role in delivering the exceptional healthcare experiences our members value. As a Partnerships Executive within Everyday Care, you'll help shape and support a growing network of healthcare partners, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards while continuously enhancing member journeys. Working across internal teams and external providers, you'll use data-driven insights, strong relationship management and a passion for service excellence to drive performance, improve outcomes and support the future development of our Everyday Care offering.

Key Actions Support the day-to-day management of Everyday Care partner services Monitor partner performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual commitments Analyse trends, risks and opportunities across service delivery and member experience Coordinate the resolution of service issues, complaints and operational challenges Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital and physical member journeys Prepare performance reporting and materials for partner review meetings Maintain governance processes, records and action tracking Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Support the introduction of new services, offers and journey enhancements Contribute to service review, billing and reconciliation activities where required What do you need to thrive?

Experience working within partnerships, healthcare, service delivery or operational environments Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actions Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs or service performance metrics Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and confidence working across diverse teams A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on member or customer outcomes Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Power BI, Visio, Lucidchart or Miro would be advantageous Passion for improving healthcare experiences and delivering outstanding member outcomes So, whats in it for you?
