Chartered Building Surveyor DOE | Hybrid

Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor looking for a new role in the Bournemouth, Poole or Southampton area? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, inter-disciplinary construction consultancy seeking an MRICS qualified Building Surveyor to join their team based near Ringwood, Hampshire.

This is a Chartered Building Surveyor role offering a salary of £45,000 – £55,000 or more depending on experience, hybrid working, and the chance to work on a genuinely varied and high-quality project portfolio. The position is commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton, Salisbury, Christchurch and the wider Dorset and Hampshire area.

This is a well-regarded, multi-disciplinary practice with over 60 years in the industry — offering the project variety and quality of a large consultancy, with the culture and collaboration of a close-knit team. Architects, project managers, quantity surveyors and building services engineers all work under one roof, meaning you'll be part of a genuinely integrated team rather than an isolated surveying department.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor you will work across a broad range of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial and public sector, delivering the full spectrum of building surveying services. Day to day you can expect exposure to:

• Building surveys and condition reports
• Contract administration and project management
• Dilapidations and landlord & tenant advisory
• Design and specification
• Principal Designer services
